Group based bereavement support

Cruse Bereavement Care continue to offer support to those who have been bereaved, regardless of when or how the death occurred.

Bereavement Support Groups

The death of someone close can beshattering. Everyone experiences grief differently; there is no ‘normal’ or ‘right’ way to grieve. Experience has shown us in Cruse that talking about this in a group with others can help you understand and work through your feelings and grief. Groups run once a week for 6 weeks, and will be led by two trained and experienced Cruse volunteers, in a safe and confidential environment. Groups will have 8 – 12 people, with the same people attending each weekly session and will be available via the seven Cruse offices located throughout Northern Ireland.
